Our extensive knowledge of JBCC, FIDIC, MBSA, GCC & NEC allows us to assist in the administration of these contracts.

Ms Moll, holds fellowship at both CIAarb (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators) and AASA (Arbitration Association of South Africa) and is available to accept nominations to sit as mediator or arbitrator.
